2-Are we going to lose the chance of going to the closest presencial robocup participating in the RoboCupJunior SoccerSim Competition?
I am responding only to this question. Your team is qualified to participate in the 2021 competition and it will not carry over to future competition. There will be another qualification event in Brazil next year, I belive, and teams qualified from the event will participate in the 2022 competition.
Please contact Brazilian Regional Representative for region-specific questions.
The Technical Challenges Competion++ 6000SUX are for teams qualified via the national competition in Brazil (I believe this was last year).
About the SoccerSim competition: the next event will be the official Qualification Tournaments in May 2021, open for participation to any team that would like to register.
Qualification Registration deadline: May 17’th 2021
Qualification Code submission deadline: May 24’th 2021
I am not sure if I understood your question correctly (please do let me know if not) but in general, yes, your goalkeeper can be powered by different code than the rest of your robots.
In the face-to-face rules the robot cannot fully enter this area and in the simulator rules there is nothing talking about it so I was wondering if the robot can be entirely within that area. The area is circled in red in the image below:
Sorry , I think you misunderstood my question!
I registered before May 17th but Now I want to know How we can send our robots code for qualification tournament ?
Thank you .
Is it possible to include multiple .py files in addition to robot1.py, robot2.py, robot3.py, and utils.py when we submit our code? This would mean that these additional files which include classes that robot1.py, robot2.py, and robot3.py all import, would be located inside of the /robot folder when we submit the code.
