what documentation should a team prepare for euro open?
they participate int soccer lightweight entry, age 11-14.
tdp? video? any other documentation?

Hi @adip29 the European SuperRegional competition is run independently from the International event so the requirements for teams is likely to be different.

this is the documentation needed for the upcoming EURCJ Croatia 2023.
*a) Soccer Lightweight, Open and Cam Tracked *
Teams must send TDP, ENGINEERING JOURNAL, POSTER and CODE the day before
the competition starts (6th June 2023 - including that day)
[FORMAT1: Category-TeamName-DOCUMENT.pdf] in .pdf format
[FORMAT2: Category-TeamName-CODE.zip] in .zip format
Example a1: Soccer_Open-SoccerBot-TDP.pdf
Example a2: Soccer_Lightweight-SoccerBot- ENGINEERING_JOURNAL.pdf
Example a3: Soccer_SSL-SoccerBot-CODE.zip
b) Soccer Entry and Soccer Lightweight Entry
Teams must send POSTER and CODE the day before the competition starts (6th June
2023 - including that day)
