Description paper and other things we need for Soccer Lightweight Entry

Hello, my team is going to compete in the European RoboCupJunior competition, in Croatia.
We are going to compete in the Soccer Lightweight Entry category.
I heard we need to make some kind of a book/documentation/description paper and a poster.
Do you know were I can find more information about this? What exactly do we need to prepare?
