When looking for the 2018 rubric I could only find the 2016 version on the official site, which made me wonder wither or not any of the requirements has changed or has it stayed the same hence no new versions has been created?

I am sorry for our late reply – the rubrics for this year (that is 2018) took a little longer to release.
