TDP format: bullet points

Hi,

In the TDP format fie, everything is listed in bullet points. Do we have to maintain this? Or can we write the text without making it look like a list?

The bulletin points are to list ideas for clarity or show chain of thoughts. They are not meant to indicate you have to use bulletin points.
