Hello, if there is a speed bump on a ramp, can the ramp still be 25 degrees? Or does the maximum degrees allowed for a ramp include the angle with the speed bump on it?

The maximum angle of the ramp is the angle between the ramp floor and the base of the field, so speed bumps are not included.
