We have cancelled the “Primary” and " Secondary" divisions in international competitions. You may need to communicate with the regional representative to determine if they have made their own changes to the rules. I’m not sure I fully understand your question, if you’re looking for specific scoring rules, they’re already spelled out in more detail in the rules.
