Hi all. When is the deadline to submit the technical description video and the poster for onstage? And where do we submit them?

Thank you for your concerns.

There will be a newsletter, with submission details and other useful information, published about a month prior to the competition. The deadline for the submission is usually about two weeks before the competition.

Dear Thundluck,
Please advise when the newsletter will come out. The competition is now just less than a month away. Also please confirm what date the TDP and TDV will be due. I look forward to your reply.
