On the draft of the RoboCup Onstage rules for 2020 there were no specifications concerning the technical details about camera angles, the number of outlets we can use, etc. Will there be more specific rules about this soon?

the camera should be placed in a similar position as the judges table would be. Please refer to 2.6.1, 2.6.3 or 2.10.1 of the rules for this.
Any use of mains electricity on stage is prohibited (1.3.4), so no outlets are allowed.
