Dear All,

Thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation for the RoboCup Asia-Pacific 2021 Aichi Japan.

We are contacting you regarding the following request for producing event videos.
We are now producing a “ceremony video,” “message video,” and “entrance video” to be shown at the venue.
These videos will include messages and smiling faces of participants from around the world.
Therefore, we would like you to film video messages for us to use in the event.

We apologize for the sudden request and thank you for taking the time from your busy schedule to cooperate.
We will handle the videos we receive with the utmost care.
We have prepared an outline below and on the following pages. Please refer to this material.

  • Please use your smartphone to shoot the video.

  • Please shoot with the camera directed from a sideways angle.

  • Please begin shooting 5 seconds before the message starts, and after the message ends.

  • Details of shooting: The following videos can be submitted as an individual file containing all the material or as three separate clips.

  1. What does RoboCup mean to you? Please provide a brief message. Length: approximately 5 seconds

  2. Call Out the Title ”RoboCup Asia-Pacific 2021 Aichi Japan” :Please look directly into the camera as shown above while speaking.

  3. Smile Please smile while looking into the camera for about 10 seconds. You may wave your hand if you wish.
