I was wondering if there is a determined RGB color code for the colored victims. Does anybody know about the color code?

Welcome to our forum.
We have not specified the coulor code on rule. This is because the coulored victims prepared differ depending on the region where the world competition will be held.
Therefore, we (committee) try to prepare the same coulored victim as the competition field in the practice field so that it will be able to calibrated.
