I read Rescue Simulation 2023 rules.

so I have a question.
4.6.1. To identify a victim, the Robot must stop by the victim for 1 second. After 1 second, it must send a command to the game manager with the type of the victim in a platform-specific format.
4.6.2. For successful victim identification, the center of the Robot must be equal to or less than half a tile distance from the location of the victim when the Robot indicates a victim has been identified.
These two sentences do not mention the hazmat sign.
If the robot identifies the hazmat sign, it will score
Is “victim” in these sentences “victim or hazmat sign” correct?
