Are cameras and TinyML allowed on the competition? I am looking to get into some ML and learn more about arduino camera connectivity, to me there is no reason this wouldn’t be allowed since after I train my AI I still have to write all the code of what I do afterwards.

Correct, as long as your team uses TinyML to train and create your own ML model, you are allowed to use it in the Rescue Line competition, along with regular cameras that provide video output to your microcontroller/microprocessor.
