Regarding the registration for RoboCup Internationals 2026
Hi everyone,
We are Team System Override (Shiv Nadar School, India) registering for the RoboCup 2026 Internationals.
We need a quick clarification. Our regional organisers instructed us to list a student as the Team Leader. However, the international registration portal (screenshot attached) specifically asks for an adult mentor/faculty in the Team Lead field. We have already added a team leader. How do we change the team leader to a mentor?
We have already emailed registration@robocup.org multiple times, but are posting here since we haven’t received a resolution yet. If anyone from the RoboCup committee could help us out, that would be great!

Thank you for reaching out. Please be assured that your enquiry is with the RoboCup registration team.
Early bird registration for Major teams closed yesterday, so there is currently a significant backlog of registration tickets. I expect your request will be processed now that the early bird registration deadline has passed. Please also note that emailing multiple times will unfortunately not speed up the response time.
The RoboCup registration team is made up of volunteers, all of whom also have full-time jobs, so your patience while they work through enquiries is very much appreciated.
