Does OnStage in RCJ 2023 have sub leagues Preliminary and Advanced?

The RoboCup International OnStage competition (ie. Bordeaux 2023) has one open league for all ages and technical abilities.
Super-Regional and Regional competitions in the past have split their competition into two sub-leagues to cater to their local audience. I would suggest contacting your regional representative if you have questions about the leagues at local events.
