I wanted to know what the ways to obtain a license for participating in the 2024 RoboCup World Competition in the Rescue maze League?Additionally, I’d like to know which competitions grant this license and kindly provide the website and details of those competitions. and Is achieving success in these competitions the only method for obtaining a license, or are there other approaches as well?

The qualification to participate in RoboCup is organized by each region individually, therefore it differs. You should contact regional representative of your country for more details.
