Query on the kicker power limit

Hi,
I am participating in the Open category next year and I would like to clarify on the “8.2.2 Limitations” of the rules. The rules stated that the kicker strength cannot exceed a certain power limit. However, can the kicking action be assisted by anything else? Like a dribbler spinning outwards to push the ball out.

That is indeed the current interpretation. The 8.2.2 rule only concerns the kicker device itself.
