As the competition draws closer, here are a few important reminders to help your team prepare smoothly.
Packing Your Robot & Stuffs
Pack your robot and equipment carefully for transportation. This is a critical time — any damage during travel could affect all the hard work your team has put in, so take extra care with packaging and handling.
Battery Safety
Please pack your batteries safely and do not place them in checked luggage / under the plane. Check your airline’s regulations on battery transport carefully. This is a safety requirement and also helps avoid any issues when travelling.
Poster Session – 4 July
We will be holding a poster session on 4 July. Don’t forget to print your poster and bring it with you. For poster format and requirements, please check the rules for more details.
Promotional Video (optional) – Extended Deadline
If your team hasn’t submitted your promotional video yet, good news — we’ve extended the deadline especially for this. You still have more time to share your video. Promotional Video Submission link

Team Meeting: 1:30 PM, 1 July
Junior Opening Ceremony: 5:00 PM, 1 July
Junior Party: 7:00 PM, 3 July
