Obstacle in a 90 degree curve

My team and I had a doubt about if it is possible for an obstacle to be on a 90 degree curve. Looking at videos from the Robocup 2017 we noticed that there was one above a 90 degree curve, also in the rules it is said that the obstacle may not occupy more than one line, but we got confused because a 90 degree curve may not be more than one line, so is it possible?

Are you a participant in Line?
Do you want to know if obstacles can be placed on curves or corners?
An obstacle is placed so as not to straddle two or more lines. A 90-degree bend line or a twist line is one line.
