I have carefully read RoboCupJunior Rescue Maze - Rules 2019 and I still have some questions.
In paragraph 2 of the rules, there are nothing about microcontrollers which we can use. My question is, can we use a mobile phone and Raspberry Pi with wire connection for controlling our robot. We want to use the mobile’s camera for object detection and Raspberry Pi as the main control unit. Can we do this?

It is essential to turn off the communication function of your mobile phone. You need to show that communication is turned off whenever asked by a judge or an organizer. Of course, please describe in posters and engineering journals.
You have to explain how to use your phone to interviewers when interviewing.
