Maximal stair incline in Dangerous Zone

Hello,
My question is about the maximal stair incline and the ±10% rule.

In Maze Rules 2025
3.5.6 The incline of stairs (i.e., the angle of a plate to the horizontal when placed on the stairs) will be less than 30 degrees inside the dangerous zone.

and

In Maze Rules 2025
3.8.6 All measurements in the rules have a tolerance of ±10%.

Does the ±10% tolerance rule apply (making it effectively “less than 33 degrees”) when it is stated that the incline will be “less than” 30 degrees?

Hi @thilo!

Yes, the ±10% tolerance rule applies here as well, so, including the tolerance, the maximum possible angle is 33 degrees.
