Manually resetting grabarm

Is it allowed to manually reset a grabarm (just by rotating a gear) after a lack of progress?

Thank you for your question. To answer it, I would like to quote rule 3.4.2:

3.4.2 Modifying the robot during a run is prohibited, which includes remounting parts that have fallen off.

Conclusion: no, you are not allowed to manually modify (reset the arm) at any time during the scoring run.
