[Lightweight] BAZINGA from Croatia

How many years have you been competing in in RCJ Soccer?

This is the first year

What’s the most interesting thing you’ve prepared for this year’s RoboCupJunior Soccer competition?

Dribbler

Where can we find your poster?

It should be available at https://mega.nz/file/FeoBXA5Y#BNmz2BHquwzgX28Bbvpr5YKZ4gQeBaF6JeXa5QQQ7hQ

Also, the team has prepared this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Yi7iAQasHA&t=6s

Good work Team!, and nice to see your country as well!

I have these questions:

  1. How do you remove from the distance sensor the false reading of having other robots in front of them instead of the walls?

  2. How do your robots know where is the right goal to score to? The poster doesn’t seem to describe how the robots get oriented on the field.

Hello! Nice Work!

I have these questions

Did you design your IR ball finder 2? It is based in some TSOP sensor? What is the maximum distance can you detect the ball?

Hi, We don’t remove robot values but instead we slow down to detect line more easily while both sensors on the sides have low values.
Secondly MRMS ESP32 controller has integrated compass which is fast and accurate so we havent had any problems with values.
Thanks for questions!

Thank You very much!

Hi, thanks!
We’ve used prebuilt sensors from Croatian company called Microline (microline.hr). Maximum distance is 4 meters.
Thanks for the question!
