I found “…members age 13 to 19 years old…”
The 19 years old mean, that he is under 20?
I have two students, who born at 2001.01.05 and 2000.12.27.
Could they participate on the Robocup Junior contest in 2020?
(I know, that the "Age is counted as of July 1st ". So on that day, they will be over their 19. birthday, but before their 20. birthday.)
