Is it legal to use radiofrequency for communication between the two robots?

We would like to use radio frequency modules to communicate between the two robots, but we are not sure if that’s legal.

Yes, radio communication between the robots is legal (even encouraged), but only via Bluetooth and 802.15.4 protocols (e.g. ZigBee and XBee) (it’s in the rules under section 3.4: Communication)
