Can we use this ball for the Lightweight division?
If not, can someone point me to a distributor in North America for a ball.

Yes, you can!
perfect ball, we use it as well, stronger than previous version, better screws, same LEDs.
Make sure you use the right mode (robocup mode).

Sorry for my late response.
I believe you can easily use it and will have no problem with it, but at the international competition the ball from Elekit (mentioned in the rules) will be used.
