I’m planning on writing an Object detection AI to detect obstacles. My question is if it would be against the Rules to scan (train the AI) on the specific Obstacle.
If, for example, the organizers of an event only use a Pepsi Bottle as an obstacle, could I buy myself the same Pepsi bottle and train my AI on this model?

This is an interesting question/scenario. Something we have not considered much (given that most if not all teams detect obstacles with a distance or touch sensor).
