Here is a link to the awards document draft for the 2023 RCJ soccer championship in Bordeaux. There are major changes to 2022 namely that teams must meet minimum qualifications for the judged awards (so they may not be awarded every season!), the awards are mostly decided by an algorithm from those who qualified so judges do not have to allocate and debate scores, and there is a new category for “leadership & resourcefulness” for the hard skills rubric.
These are merely in draft form and being posted early so you all have significant time to give feedback before we have to make a final decision. If there are any questions about what is written, please ask them here as well.
