we are preparing for our trip to Eindhoven and are wondering when the deadlines for handing in the technical description paper, the poster, the video and the code will be announced.
Also we read that there will be a template for the bill of materials that should be used. When will we be sent this so we can already fill it out?

the documentation will be due on 2024-07-07T22:00:00Z.
We will send all the information for uploading your files including the template for the BOM this weekend.
