RoboCupJunior Soccer Entry Rules 2025

If the captain refuses to sign the score sheet, is the team liable to receive a yellow card? Or is it their right not to sign? If a yellow card is given, is this an abuse of power by the refereeing team?
Is it possible to draw up an appeal form and submit it to the match official?

Iā€™d say that it is their right to not sign the paper if they think that there have been misunderstandings about the rule set.
