I wanted to ask if we can change and overhaul our maze traverse algorithm.
we are facing several issues with our algorithm and we are thinking of a different way to explore the maze.
are we allowed to do that ?
I’m pretty sure in the tdp uploading page , it said that we need to tell the referees all the changes.
when and where should we do this ?

That is completely allowed. You can change any part of your robot or algorithm to make your robot better even if it is just during the competition.
Such changes can usually be explained in an interview with the judges.
It is expected that the poster you bring to the event will contain as much up-to-date information as possible. So that you can effectively use it for the scheduled poster session.
