I was wondering how heavy the balls in the evacuation zone are going to be, and if they are going to be similar to the balls in Germany.

Probably similar to the ones in Leipzig.
We in TC / OC doesn’t decide the materials. It is up to the LOC.
But the victims should be lightweight. We should specify a max weight next year!

What is your definition of lightweight? For example, a ball that comes with the LEGO Mindstorms kit weighs about 6 grams. Would a max weight be about 20 grams?
I can’t say a definitive weight because we don’t have any in the rules.
But 20g sounds reasonable. Even 30g is lightweight.
