In this post, we would like to inform you about how to submit your mandatory submissions such as TDP and Poster for the World Championship Eindhoven 2024.
This post is valid for all Rescue sub-leagues.
For teams not in the Rescue League, please follow the guidelines provided by the respective committees.
Deadline
To allow sufficient time for us to review your document, we have established a deadline of June 26th (Wed), 23:59:59 (UTC) for the submission of all required items. After this time, the submission form will be automatically closed and your document will not be accepted. We may take measures to extend the deadline on an individual basis after checking the team’s circumstances. In such cases, we may deduct certain points from the document’s evaluation score in consideration of fairness with other teams.
Submission Form
The URL for the submission form will be issued to each team and sent to the contact email address registered during team registration. The email will be sent from robocupjunior-rescue[AT]robocup.org
and the subject will be “Submission of technical documents”.
There is a time lag between the completion of team registration and receipt of the email because this email is manually processed for distribution after confirming that the team has been successfully registered and accepted into the competition.
The email was sent out around June 15th 1 am (UTC) to the teams successfully registered as of June 14th.
Click on the link in the email and the following form will appear Follow the instructions in the form and fill in the content then press the “Save” button in the upper right corner.
