本日の朝、ライブプレゼンテーションの時間帯を予約する資料に記入いたしました。
しかし、只今フォームを再読み込みしたところ、私たちの予約が反映されておらず、私たちの予約は「未記入」状態でした。
私たちの予約はきちんと反映されているのかを確認させていただきたいです。

No, your reservation is not recorded in the system. What is the mean of “live presentation timesheet”?? You are needed to book your time slot on the CMS: "
Live Presentation & Interview Reservation(Maze)".
Please let me know which slot prefer for you as soon as possible.

The appointment time was 6:00 in JST, which is means 21:00 in GMT/UTC.
