We made the videos in a classroom, but in the technical review we noticed lighting and camera problems, so we are looking at the option of moving to another classroom, would it affect something if the videos are recorded in a different place than the technical review?

No, that should be fine. If the pre-recorded videos clearly show your robot’s movement and the field elements as outlined in the instructions there shouldn’t be any problems.
